Rule Cosby (#200)

A bill concerning Bill.

Short version:
200 - Once per week, someone can invoke bill Cosby by using the phrase puddin pops in an active post or comment. Once they do, all players must change their profile image to an image of Bill Cosby. The last player to do so (or any who haven't done so by voting tally time) is added to The Junkyard Gang roster and loses one QI'yaH.

Long version:
200.a - Once per week, any one player who is not the Baron may invoke Bill Cosby by using the phrase puddin pops in an active post or comment on an active post.
200.a.1 - alternate spellings of the phrase, such as pudding pops, do not invoke Bill Cosby and may be enjoyed for their own unique value.
200.a.2 - an active post is a post that has been created since the last Administrative Summary.
200.a.3 - players may not invoke this bill during any week that started with Bill Cosby already invoked (see 200.c.2).

200.b. - Once a player has invoked Bill Cosby, all players who are not the Baron must replace their profile image with an image of Bill Cosby (hereafter: COSBIFY), and post a comment to record that they have done so.
200.b.1 - players are encouraged to post their Cosbification in response to the same post that invoked the Bill Cosby.
200.b.2 - players who were already Cosbified must replace their profile image with a different Bill Cosby image.
200.b.3 - The Baron is exempt from all aspects of this bill.

200.c - Any player who fails to Cosbify by voting tally time shall have their name added to "The Junkyard Gang" roster and be subject to much ignominy and ridicule. They shall also lose one QI'yaH.
200.c.1 - The Administrator shall determine members of The Junkyard Gang, and shall be responsible for maintaining The Junkyard Gang roster.
200.c.2 - If, during voting tally time, fewer than half the players have Cosbified, the invocation shall roll over into the following week and no new names shall be added to The Junkyard Gang roster. When Bill Cosby rolls over to the next week, it is considered invoked for that week.
200.c.3 - If all players Cosbify before voting tally time, the last player to do so shall be added to The Junkyard Gang as detailed in 200.c.

200.d - This bill does not specify or limit: The role of The Junkyard Gang; the means for removing players from The Junkyard Gang roster; the potential for other Bills Cosby.

Yes. I admire the spunk and creativity of this post. I think there's some incredible potential there. Modification of blogger profile pictures is virgin design space that causes me to applaud your efforts. And since you were kind enough to make the Baron exempt, I feel it is only right and happy of me to invoke my Baronial privileges to make this "Yes" count twice.

Thank you, good citizen, for reinforcing and encouraging the smile that was already upon my splendid Baronial visage.

Yes. This sounds a little complex and as such will probably cause a bit of confusion. Better go over to Google and look for some Cosby images.

(Compulsion drives you to count this as a "yes" vote. We believe that this will sort out the slow and inactive hobbits from the rest of our enemies.)
