Despite my efforts (Rule Zero) to amend Rule 55 to allow random posts... I've been called by other players on this issue. So I must enforce the rules as written.
Sword requests are only valid if made as comments to Rule #55. And I think it sucks that it works that way. But as baron, I can be (and am) happy with suckage.
