This post is but a summary, if it conflicts with a rule, the rule takes precedence.
There were 5 bills. There are 3 rules.
#27 was rejected, 2 to 1.
#106 was also rejected after fierce and manipulative lobbying by The Baron, 3 to 2.
Fierce, manipulative, and happy. You're happy, maybe, but look what you did to Kevin, you jerk! You owe him an apology!
Anyhow, back to business. Bill #26 passed, 5 votes to 1
The Baron happily points out that Ulaires intent was to abstain, and thinks the Administrator is a hard-headed fuddy-duddy for not carrying out that wish.Bill #26 still would have passed 4 to 1, if it pleases the Baron for me to say so.
And so it doth.Anyhow, it passes, prohibiting the revision of bills once anyone other than the original poster has commented or voted on them.
Bill #Negative26 also passed, similarly by 4 to 1. Thankfully, it immediately suppresses most of itself. Everyone gains a Frag. Which does nothing as long as Bill 26 stays around. However, the administrator is now compelled to span down, place a chicken, and define frag elsewhere. Which he has already done.
Bill Cosby (#200) passed unanimously. There are now special effects whenever anyone other than myself says "puddin pops".
Puddin pops make me very happy. We're the same person, Baron, so it still doesn't count. In fact, you're the half that's dragging me down. Read the freakin' rule already! Man, the voices in some people's heads...
