Bill #Negative26 tries a much more complicated system, inflicting Frag upon those who alter Bills after someone has cast a vote. As is appropriate to a Bill that causes Frag, reading this one is enough to make your head hurt and your nose bleed.

Bill Cosby (#200) grants special powers to the words "puddin pops". It also motivates players to replace their profile images with pictures of Bill Cosby. Failure to do so results in something called the Junkyard Gang. Hey-Hey-Hey. It's Fat Albert Time!
