Summary of week #1

Note: This is NOT a rule, merely a summary from the administrator. Should it conflict with the rules, the rules take precedence.

Votes have been tallied on week #1. Bill #9 has been unanimously ratified (amongst the 50% of players who actually voted) . It is now Rule #9.

A fourth player has been added, going by the name Ulaire Toldea, Messenger of Morgul. Scary.

Week number 2 officially starts today, thursday the 8th of November. People may begin posting Lineages as well as Bills, a limit of one each per player per week. Get your credentials ready! Who will be the first Baron or Baroness of Nomiblog?

(It may be unclear from the rules as written whether or not bill and lineage posts for week 2 can start now or must wait until noon today. I feel now is appropriate, but I personally will wait until noon before posting mine so as to not have an unfair advantage since I'm the one who tallies the votes, and Lineages use timestamp as a tiebreaker)

The scores / point totals are:
1 (r_b_bergstrom) to 0 (Kevin, Brother Andrei, and Ulaire Toldea)
Not that points do anything currently.
