Bill # 84 Persistant Psittaciformes

84a) For the price of two QI'yah paid to the Administrator, any player may purchase a Parrot. This Parrot may be retained or given to another player or "Non Player being" or "Enpee Bee" for short ( see definitions section below) as a gift.

84a-1) To give away a Parrot simply inform the administrator who you wish to give said Parrot to. Upon notification from the Administrator that they have received a Parrot a player must post all future comments in accordance with section 84b of Bill # 84 Persistent Psittaciformes.

84b) When a player or Enpee Bee is in possession of a Parrot any comment that is made by said player must be posted an equal number of times in succession to the number of Parrots plus the original comment.

Example: Ulaire Toldea, Messenger of Morgul has a Parrot. Whenever Ulaire Toldea, Messenger of Morgul posts a comment on any post her Parrot repeats that comment. Therefore, Ulaire Toldea, Messenger of Morgul must post his comment twice. Should Ulaire Toldea, Messenger of Morgul vote with the backing of two Enpee Bees (say two militias for instance, should that bill pass) and three Parrots He would need to post his comment a total of four times. One for his own comment, and one for each of the three Parrots.

Definitions: "Non Player Being" or "Enpee Bee" shall be defined as any entity whom at the direction of any human player or independently of themselves posts any content to Nomiblog, or act in any way similar to a human player. The Administrator of Nomiblog shall be the final arbiter in decisions of what entities constitute the label and considerations of being a "Non Player Being".

Yes. Double-baron-yes. I suspect that poor Brother Andrei will end up being the owner of many fine parrots, which will no doubt add to my already abundant happiness.

Yes - Although terrified that we might be dragging avian flu to Nomiblog land I say yes.

What a happy embarrassment that I spot a potential problem with the bill this late in the process...

You do understand that the Troops from Bill XIIIth: Legion don't post separate comments, right?

Oh well, this doesn't directly conflict with that bill, so I won't change my vote. And parrot doth amuse me.

The language is there primarily to cover as many bases as possible. That's all. Now go buy a Parrot!
