The title of "Baron of all Nomiblog" is a hereditary title which affords certain powers.
9A: "Baron" and "Baroness" are interchangable, as befits the gender of the current holder of that position. Misuse of either the title or the gender to insult or rile the that individual is officially frowned upon. This rule does not itself establish what "officially frowned upon" entails.
9B: When the administrator is tallying votes, a "yes" vote from the Baron(or Baroness) counts double (i.e.: as if it were two "yes" votes), provided that they remind us in their vote/comment that they are the Baron (or Baroness). If they don't mention their title, it counts only as a single normal vote.
9C: Any player may, once per week, propose an additional rule making them the Baron. Such a proposal does not count against their one bill for the week. To distinguish this proposal from a bill, it shall be named (and labeled) "lineage" instead of "bill". The body of said lineage post establishes who they are, and must name at least one famous person from whom they are descended.
9D: Lineage posts are neither bills nor laws. They may not establish new rules. They simply establish heredity and birthright. They may be true or false, and being either or neither features no guarantee of either acceptance or rejection.
9E: In the event that more than one lineage gains a simple majority of "yes" votes, the player whose lineage has the fewest "no" votes will become Baron. If this too is tied, the final tiebreaker will be whoever posted their lineage earliest in the week.
